Susanne graduated from the University of Dayton (Human Rights) in 2021, and from the UD School of Law in 2024. In law school, she participated in the Immigration Clinic and Criminal Law Clinic, and she gained experience as a prosecutor at the Dayton Municipal Court. Since graduation, she has continued her pro bono work through the Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyers Project and Advocates for Basic Legal Equality.
Prior to her legal career, Susanne enjoyed the corporate world with EADS (now Airbus SE) and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Corporation in Washington, DC. Following her move to Ohio in 2001, she spent a brief period as a real estate agent, then founded a Spanish immersion school for young children. Susanne remains involved in the school’s success as a board member.
Susanne is the in-house lawyer at GoHypersonic Incorporated, a local Aerospace company. In this capacity, she reviews contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and ensures the company’s compliance with employment and labor regulations. She also acts as the company’s Human Resources professional and directs the company’s generous benefit program.
Her passion is creating a more just society, whether it be in the work environment of an office setting, or in the community at large – one person at a time. This is the reason she embarked on a legal career.
